Fernando Orrego

Founding Partner

Meet Fernando Orrego, a highly accomplished attorney who channels his practice towards the specialized fields of estate planning, probate, and Medicaid planning. He stands at the forefront of serving the South Florida community, widely recognized for his unwavering dedication to his clients’ best interests.

As the son of immigrant parents who did not speak English, Fernando has handled legal and financial matters since childhood. He still helps his elderly parents while raising his two young children, Isabela and Sebastian, with his wife and law partner, Natasha Chipiga.

He brings the same care and concern for his family to your interests. He will not stop until he has provided you with a customized estate plan you are comfortable with – one that fits your family’s needs and will last across generations. He will give you a simple answer to any question about complex matters like Probate and Trust Administration (for this, we affectionately call him “Foogle,” our private version of Google.) You will not only understand the answer when he is done, you will still be awake.

When he is not managing clients’ estate plans, Fernando enjoys coaching his son, Sebastian, for his competitive soccer tournaments. His other hobbies include recreational target shooting, taekwondo, horology (the art of appreciating and collecting watches), and watching stand-up comedy shows. His training in emergency first aid comes in handy for most of those pursuits. When you are in the company of Fernando, a sense of assurance envelops you like a warm security blanket. Knowing that your family is now protected, you will leave his office with peace of mind.
