Process

Our Client Friendly Process

We make it easy with these 7 simple steps:

1 Schedule a Free Initial Consultation

We will speak by phone or Zoom to discuss your needs and determine how we can help. If you want to include family, they can join from wherever they are.

Once you decide to hire us, you will sign your retainer agreement electronically.

Before we design your estate plan, we will email you an informational questionnaire so you can provide us some basic information so we can be more productive during the design meeting.

After we receive your completed informational questionnaire, we will have a virtual meeting by phone or Zoom to design a plan tailored to your needs.

Allow us two to three weeks to laser-focus on your family’s needs and draft your estate plan. We will then provide you with a draft of your estate plan for your review and approval.

Once you understand and approve your estate planning documents, our mobile notary will come to your home or office to sign the documents.

After we scan your signed documents into our system, we will return your original estate plan to you by courier. With the estate plan in your hands, you now have peace of mind.
