We know Florida Law, Federal Law, and the nuances in between that affect your wallet. We never stop learning. We help families get organized and make sure your wishes become reality.

Let’s talk! (954) 251-0332

After several years of practice at an estate planning law firm, Fernando and Natasha met in 2013 while working together on probate administration cases. They realized that they shared the same views on a personal commitment to the practice of law, and on how to best serve their clients. Eventually, they combined forces to form OC Estate and Elder Law, P.A. – providing honest advice to help families organize and retain all the wealth they’ve worked so hard for. It is a business, but it is not about the money. It is about making the correct legal decisions that affect the future of clients and their families. Find out what makes us different.

Fernando and Natasha are highly active in local business institutions such as the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, the Aventura-Sunny Isles Beach Chamber of Commerce, the Russian American Chamber of South Florida, Russian American Bar Association of South Florida, and Business Network International (BNI). Remaining so highly active in the community does not just hone their legal and professional skills, it gives them access to a network of top-knotch professionals a hand shake away. If they can’t help you with a legal matter, they can put you in direct contact with someone who can.
